1. The service and your agreement
Kurdivo provides the storefront setup and service described in your accepted written quotation or agreement. That document identifies the features, fees, responsibilities, and service period. An accepted agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms on a specific matter.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter the agreement and authorised to act for the business. Provide accurate contact details and truthful product information. A store request does not itself create an account, reserve an address, or form a paid service agreement.
3. Store addresses and identity
Store addresses are assigned subject to availability and acceptable use. You must not impersonate another business or misuse a protected name. A Kurdivo store address is part of the service and is not ownership of the kurdivo.com domain. Custom domains or additional integrations are included only if expressly agreed.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are the seller of your products and are responsible for lawful goods, accurate descriptions and prices, inventory, customer communication, delivery, payments, taxes, and returns. Publish the customer policies your business needs and honour mandatory consumer rights. Kurdivo is not the seller of goods offered by independent stores.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you provide and grant Kurdivo the permission needed to display and process it for the service. You must have permission for logos, photos, product claims, and other material. Kurdivo retains rights in its own brand, reusable software, and service components. Third-party material remains subject to its licence.
6. Fees and additional work
Fees, billing periods, payment milestones, and any renewal terms must be identified in the quotation. Work outside the accepted scope requires agreement on cost and timing. Product costs, delivery costs, taxes, payment-provider charges, and other third-party fees are separate unless expressly included.
7. Setup, review, and support
Provide the agreed materials and review the configured store before launch. Setup timing depends on the accepted scope, complete materials, and approvals. Support, updates, and additional changes are provided within the agreed service scope. There is no automatic promise of a particular response time or uninterrupted availability.
8. Privacy and account protection
Use customer information only for disclosed, lawful purposes. If your store includes administrative access, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Do not send passwords or verification codes to Kurdivo in an ordinary enquiry. Our privacy notice describes how service information is handled.
9. Third-party services and availability
Hosting, messaging, payment, or other external services may have separate terms, fees, and availability. Their account approvals and policy decisions are outside Kurdivo’s control. No store service guarantees sales, revenue, search ranking, or verification by Meta, TikTok, or another organisation.
10. Misuse, suspension, and ending service
We may restrict content or service where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud, serious security concerns, unpaid agreed fees, or material violations of the agreement. Where practical and lawful, we explain the reason and allow a response or remedy. Cancellation and refund handling follows the accepted agreement and the cancellation policy.
11. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Kurdivo will provide the agreed service with reasonable care. Each party is responsible for its own acts and obligations. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any separately agreed liability provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Disputes and applicable law
First contact [email protected] with the issue and relevant agreement or order reference. We seek to resolve service concerns through written discussion. The applicable laws in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq apply to the service, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any lawful governing-law terms in your accepted agreement.
13. Changes and language versions
The English, Arabic, and Kurdish pages explain the same service. Report any discrepancy to [email protected]. We update these terms with a revised effective date when needed. Changes do not retrospectively replace accepted fees or scope without agreement, except where required by law.
