3. No fraud, spam, or security abuse
Do not use the service for phishing, unauthorised messaging, malware, credential theft, payment fraud, unlawful data harvesting, or attempts to access another person’s account. Do not interfere with the service or evade restrictions.
4. Customer information and fulfilment
Use customer information only for a disclosed and lawful purpose. Present delivery areas, costs, and return arrangements accurately. Do not accept an order that you know you cannot lawfully fulfil, or represent Kurdivo as the seller of your goods.
5. Reports and service action
Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with the store link, a description, and relevant evidence that you may lawfully share. We may request clarification and restrict relevant content or service where reasonably necessary. Where practical and lawful, the affected merchant can respond or correct the issue.
6. Appeals and legal requirements
If you believe a restriction was mistaken, email the relevant store address and supporting information to [email protected]. We may preserve relevant records or disclose information when legally required. This policy does not replace your obligations under applicable law or your service agreement.
