1. Who to contact
Kurdivo is the provider of the company website and the agreed storefront service. For privacy questions, contact [email protected]. Our published business contact information appears on the Company and Contact pages.
2. Information you choose to share
If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, business name, email address, requested store address, catalogue needs, and enquiry content. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, or unnecessary identity documents.
3. How the store request form works
The company website prepares your request in your browser. It does not submit the form to a Kurdivo database, save it in browser storage, or automatically send a message. Choosing email opens your email app with the request; your email provider handles it under its own privacy policy. Kurdivo receives the request when you send it.
4. Technical and service information
Hosting and communication providers may process IP addresses, device or browser information, access times, and security logs to deliver and protect their services. If your agreed store service includes accounts or orders, the necessary account, catalogue, and order information is handled for that service. The merchant must tell customers what their store collects and why.
5. Why information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, set up and support the agreed storefront, manage the business relationship, investigate abuse, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations. A service enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing.
6. Merchants and customer orders
The merchant is responsible for the sale, customer communication, delivery, payments, and returns. The merchant determines the purposes of customer information used for those activities. Kurdivo handles store information as needed to provide the agreed service and on the merchant’s instructions where applicable. For an order-specific request, contact the merchant as well as Kurdivo when relevant.
7. Sharing and external services
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with the relevant merchant, service providers needed for hosting, email or the agreed setup, and authorities where required by law. Email providers and external services have their own privacy notices. We do not embed social-media tracking widgets on the company website.
8. Retention and deletion
Records are retained only while needed for the enquiry, service relationship, security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. You can request deletion at [email protected]; information that must be kept for a lawful reason may be retained with access limited to that purpose.
9. Your choices and requests
You may ask what information Kurdivo holds about you and request correction, access, or deletion where applicable. Send the request from the email you used to contact us, with enough information to locate the records. We may need proportionate identity confirmation to protect against unauthorised requests. We respond in line with applicable requirements; statutory rights are not limited by this notice.
10. Security and international providers
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service and restrict information access to its necessary purposes. No online service can promise absolute security. Hosting and communication providers may process information in other countries; their service terms and applicable safeguards govern their processing.
11. Children and sensitive information
The store-opening service is intended for people authorised to operate a business and enter the relevant agreement. We do not request information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in enquiries.
12. Updates and complaints
The effective date identifies this version. We update the notice when our practices materially change. For a concern or complaint, contact [email protected]; this does not prevent you using any complaint route available under applicable law.
